At the "i" icon, use /join and /accept job command.
Use /guard [player name] [price] to give someone vest.
2,000$ Is minimum price you can put, and normally given.
You can also /frisk [player name] but be sure to roleplay.
Using like:

"/me attempts to frisk you. "
"/do Do you let me? "

Basically go to some populated area.
Then guard people for easy 2,000$.
They will get half of the vest ( armor ).
And you will get cash. Easy money!
